Returns the infraction reports (MED - Mecanismo Especial de Devolucao)
raised against the authenticated account, newest first.

An infraction is a claim opened by the payer's bank against a pay-in you
received. defense_deadline is when a response stops being accepted, and a
claim upheld after that becomes a refund debited from your balance.

The list is paginated. An account with no infractions returns an empty array,
not 404.
